A recession is going to clean out a bunch of companies that are actually not any good. It also fins out the ranks of the salespeople who are maybe not as talented, which suggests that you should be a little bit more careful hiring your salespeople during our recession. Yeah, I'd rather have like a tight group of trusted salespeople than higher or overhier to try and hit a number. And yeah, if you can't sell in a bull market, you definitely can’t sell in a bear market.
