That's another facet of fitness that's really important and needs to be challenged at a time Even if in training it might net a slower time for that individual result. The more experienced you get the more you can use that kind of reps to rest play as a dial to increase the challenge. You know find out something about yourself there so I wouldn't dissuade somebody from doing that.
