Sleep Is Not Like the Bank
Sleep is not like the bank. You can't accumulate a debt, let's say, during the week and then hope to pay it off at the week end. Naps just don't seem to be able to overcome those. I see this in my students. It's sort of what i would call sleep belemia,. whichis were ther bing on sleep at the weekend, and then there a sort of try it, taking too little sleep during the week. So no harm, no fowl, if you think it's working for you. And what about napping? Is napping somethingf you're sleep deprived? Can you catch up with a nap?
