I think we went through this thing of you know everyone was perpetuating if it fits and you can eat pop tarts and stuffs like yeah you can but you're always going to be bitter when you have carbs in a meal. It's one of those things of and it's also probably not being too woke if that makes sense. Give yourself 12 weeks and you will change your life no matter where you're starting from. You've got to do those little things consistently 12 weeks your entire life will be different rather than trying to see that instant gratification a year down the track is still in the same place.
