How to Increase Cardiovascular Fitness

Walking is the first thing before starting to have cardio of conditioning work. People don't realize that the better your cardiovascular system is, the less stressful training can be. So I do have a trading group for like longevity. And we do have two days of cardio on top of the 10,000 steps.
