The Three Types of Stress Responses

There are three types of stress responses. There's the threat response that you often feel overwhelmed or angry kind of dysregulated and sometimes in those threat responses you can actually be your best self. Then there's the challenge responses which include things like a flow state, physical exercise as well as compassion. And then we have this whole other category of stress responses that are really related to growth that are on a different timescale.
