How to Be a Better Lifter

I try to be a chameleon and give the lifter what they they need. A lot of that happens beforehand, which is good and kind of essential because it lets me play the role or have somebody else help them. It's also advantageous that we get in-person practices a couple times a week. And most of the time when we have competitors that are going to meet, I've seen them at practice. They've had questions for me. We've talked and I kind of understand how they approach training,. If they might need some direction in one area more than others. That helps me out quite a bit.
