Injury is an opportunity to really learn and shift your mind set o that more much mature practitioner. A lot of athletes, they they are stuck. So they push their body to the limits. What are their limits? And intermediate at a point, can really inflict much more damage in training because their performance level is higher. They're performing harder exercise, more weight, harder variations, more leverage. And so now they pay the price. But it's really something that is beyond training.
