For me now, right now I do a submax effort, lower body day. And then I do a dynamic effort, full body day. A fourth day is weakling training, weakling training. So it's like a lot of pump work. It doesn't wear me out a lot. That's kind of just like a template that has worked really well for me. But here's the deal: Even on my submax effort days, I add athletic things.
