We were producing semi regular content on youtube. I would normally drop a six part series every couple years So the muscle and strength pyramids Was originally a six part nutrition series average length of about 20 minutes That somehow against all metrics, um blew up relatively to the size of our channel. It got re-shared so many times and coaches started using it as like hey Here's what you need to know first time client or even here's how we educate new coaches on our team, etc. We realized that if we didn't step up our Production game and our intentionality and our frequency and think more about titles metrics And just basically put a lot more effort into youtube that we were going to have
