When i am able to feel good and focus through the meditation, i'm reminded of how we have bodies. Even if we can't always control what's done to them, say, you know, we face disproportionate environmental hazards,. We still have the ability to choose what we're going to do our body. Think was a really deep reminder of how can we take care of and cherish our bodies.
