Many people have heard that when you are doing any sort of weightlifting period, you never want to be in spinal flexion. But then if you, it's going to be with a lot less weight. So I'm not saying go into flexion. I'm just saying like if your body has to go into a slight amount of that to be able to do that lift, that's okay. And assuming that you've trained up to a point where yeah, you can handle it, that makes a lot of sense.
