Insecurity and narcissism on that level flipping a coin 20 maybe even 30 times and becoming a pet 30 times So there's a strong link David between narcissism and insecurity. The standard of care is that this is seen as a part of a delusion so they have to do reality testing in other words Challenging narcissists unlike their bare like illusions that everyone likes them and they're better.
