The Effect of Meditation on Anxiety
When we think of ourselves, it's painful. When we think of Rambas, we can feel happy for him. So when we're feeling, when our attention is all directed to my anxiety, my,. my, my, certainly get very heavy. When we're doing mental meditation and just sending a loving energy outward, it can really lighten the heart. That would be the first to really change your attitude towards the anxiety. Just relax it into the body, mind, and just feel it. And now it's okay. It's okay.
