Daniels: Is there something that you can leave us with, that people can use to create change in their own life or that of others? Daniels: Absolutely. And if you don't leave this with something practical, i'm not explaining it right. This is incredibly practical advice for anybody who's trying to communicate with colleagues, to sell them on an idea. So so my advice is, if you have an idea and you need to attract support a stop explaining and start figuring out a way that your colleagues can can feel the need for your solution for themselves.
