Deal Making - Is There a Conflict of Interest?

In any deal there's all kinds of trade-offs. There's things I can do for you that cost me next to nothing but that you value highly and when we can figure out what those things are and trade them off one against each other we can come out with a bigger and better deal. It's a creative endeavor to identify those because sometimes the buyer doesn't even know what those are. And being able to identify those can help move a deal forward.
