Are the Risks of Not Speaking Up Greater Than the Risk of Not Doing Anything?
Almost all the tactics in the book don't require a sort of confrontation. They're really about trying to draw that person into a collaborative, co operative discussion. So it shouldn't worse thin some of those dynamics. There are risks, usually, of challenging someone who has authority. But are they realistic, and are they greater than the risks of not doing anything?
