I think often it's easier to default into like a binary black and white thought pattern because it feels safe. When I get sort of like stuck in that really fast spiral, I keep going from one extreme to the other. And when I slow down, I start to find solutions. It's almost like your brain is like a rock skipping on the surface of the lake but you're missing some important steps when you skip.
