How CDER Manages the Post-Sales Implementation Process

We have two of our colleagues who are in business development. That means basically that they are responsible for getting these new channel partners and having the overall relationship with them. From there, from this umbrella agreement, when it gets to a deal level, then there's the relation between our sales rep and either their sales rep or their business development rep. We are 100% responsible for implementation for post sales as well. It is just way too high touch, I think, our product. Because in healthcare technology, I think in general, these implementations are extremely painful.
