The one of the other things that struck strikes me about this this first business that you acquired is that it's new construction versus maintenance. So, like more of the revenue comes from new construction. Was there any did you need to get comfortable with that did youneed to get your lender comfortable with that was that a question? I'm not in my head obviously you under you understood that dichotomy but you still went for a new construction. Yeah,. fair enough.
