Personalize Your Customer Relationship
If your entire sales conversation up to this point has been driven by just the tech or whatever it is, nt have a very difficult time a personalizing. We have to lean into that relationship and find out, what are those nuances about the customer. What problems do they need solved? That's always the question; how do i solve them?
