Strength Training With Stretch Cord Elastic Bands

The mobility side is really worth and i think there that's an area where maybe using things like stretch cords and elastic bands can be perhaps can be useful strength training even though it's not heavy strength. I would still always try to when it comes to setting zones in swimming i would set three different zones the low intensity zone the moderate intensity zone and the high intensity zone. And then we have a question this is the one the long one with with lots of of images i'm just going to skip to the actual question basically it's about css training.
