The Incubating Intuition

I've noticed that increasingly people with really big new ideas are on not in the big organizations. They're often working alone or in small groups on the fringes. And that's where the really, you know, the mind-bending stuff comes. I loved when one of the things you talked about was moments of incubated intuition. You can't make a plant grow. But what you can do is make the right condition that's there for it to grow in - and this means doing some research before deciding "this is a good place to leave it"
