To my knowledge, there's not a correlation between the time that the sun goes down and the time that you should go to bed. You really need to work out your chronotype, then work out how many hours you need to sleep for. And then based on your wake time, work your bedtime back from that. If you know that you're a lion and you need a minimum of seven hours of sleep, then, and you want to get up at 4.30,. Then you would need to wind back the clock, 4.30, seven hours before that. 9.30. I don't like going to gym at night time. So maybe I'm in that chronotype
