How to Introduce Deceleration for Your Athlete
The first thing for me is with anything that was sort of implemented is understanding where it sits in a bigger picture. There's nothing that we can do that absolutely guarantees performance, but within that constraint they're not coming. So deceleration really is a part of a bigger picture of movement around the pitch. The thing that is always going to transfer most of the game is the game itself.
