How Do I Mask Myself?
i had to constantly police the way that i move through the world. And what that means is that its taking away energy from the things that i should have been doing, right? I should have been focusing on math. Should've been focusing on reading, or physical activity or art. But like, that's not what i was focused on. So when i talk about masking, it goes back to all those things that i shared earlier,. Like how do i catch people's eyes just enough for them to know that i am listening, but not enough till i stuck my energy out of me?
