How to Get a Distance From Your Speed
Speedis really strength in that short of a ground contact time, because they're used to having the foot on the ground for a long time and creating power more mechanically. So the best wy to get a distance from our speed is to go through, like, say, wickets, right? Because that's a really specific way to teach that short ground contact time and to get them more snappy and poppy.
