Hit Training Is So Short and Sharp That You Can't Do It for Long Periods

I would say it depends on the individual how hard they push themselves in those sessions. The whole thing about this kind of training is there's an intensity duration trade off. I don't think any one could keep their heart rate above 90 % for forty five minutes straight. Maybe if you do the hardest work of your life, you can do it.
