How to Control Your Anxiety

The idea of hypnosis or for using using brain machine interface to imagine waking up in the morning and some people are anxiety they're anxious in the morning. If you could just put in your headphones and listen to a 10 second brainwave synchronizer that would put you into a state where you felt good and your anxiety was reduced it is entirely possible. We have far less information about how to control our brain states but yet that is fundamentally what makes us human and what's important to us from a moment to moment basis.
