How Do You Coach Someone That Needs More Strength Training?
Sally: How do you coach somebody that needs to have more strength training, that just doesn't find and joy in going to the gem? Scott: I think it's all about perspective. Change your perspective of what it is a you don't have to become a cross fitter and a body builder in order to strengthin. Sally: If you commit to ten, 15 minutes every day of strengthening some typef some ara of your body, working on that mobilization, you will notice a change in your running. Am but ya sala.
