How Polyvagal Relates to Sensory Processing

People who are more sensitive or who are neurodivergent usually cycle through those three stages more quickly or get there more quickly and I've noticed that about myself. When I am overstimulated it's I you know have to make peace with this  I think that I can push through and that I'm like this isn't a big deal other people are doing it it's fine. And if I am in an environment that like for example I was just speaking at a conference in Costa Rica which was amazing last month but I was very overstimulated. That was the first time where I really like didn't shame myself for that i was like this is just what I need right now
