i think mindfulness something that could help a lot of people wod things might you suggest for some one that is a goal to get in touch with more mindfulness activities? i say, whatever you're doing, just slow it downk. When i'm rus ing in the morning, man, i throw the spinagh and those bananas and my protein powder an my blinder so fast, turn it onn pour it out. It's just high intensity all the time. The grounding exercises are what have you. But we really just want to look at whatever is going to bring you back down.
