Wendy imay: When the demands are high, we don't wander as much as when the demands are less. i think just understanding that that's the nature of our mind can give us some way to deal with our any kind of task that we're doing. And then gage. Because the longer you try to sustain your attention, the more compromised it may become. This is a key a study that connects the dots between the nature of mind wandering and why mindfulness training could be helpful.
