There's three different times we find our best so whenever you wake up we have sessions that take you from a little bit of grogginess to an energized state. We can trace our genetics back to the Serengeti and so our bodies which haven't evolved as much as we might believe our reality has evolved i mean we're talking over computers right now but our physiology really hasn't changed that much so it wants to take a nap. The problem is it's just regulated doesn't know what to do at what time because we have 270 channels or whatever on our televisions and people stay up all night.
