Marketing is critically important in terms of deliveringr helping the organization really understand how you actually deliver an experience which will be perceived as delightful from the customer perspective. The challenge is that im to chrisis point, you need folks who are s of, at their cores, quite pathetic to play that role. So i guess my recommendation, and i've seen this work well, is really finding those c x champions across the organization who have that corps sort of natural ability,. And really elevating them to be able to demonstrate what good looks like.
