The Importance of a Sub Cue Protocol for DKA Management
Is it possible that a lot more hospitals are using like a sub cue protocol compared to kind of what I classically and what we classically think of a DKA the IV insulin infusions. Most of the studies looking at decay and insulin and I feel outcome utilize the fixed dose. The more I was thinking about it I bet there's more research on the fixed rate just because it's easier to research right so much human error that can happen with our titratable infusion.
