The Evolution of Nutrition in the Eighties, Right?

Starting in the eighties, it's gone through sort of three different waves of consumerism that i've personally seen. The first would be everything about what you take out of your food, diet. With the next evolution coming into the nineties, was not what you took out but what you added. And the final change, i think, that's occurred in the last ten years is the evolution towards responsible consumption.
