Is It a Conflict, or a Sales Process?
i'm curious, at a tactical level, what does it look like when you need to flag a problem that you see and yo want to make your management is aware of it. What sort of the first thing you do? Is it slack message or phone call? Is it a goul document? Like does it work? I would imagine at this time that slack would be the number one way to do it. It's funny, i didn't include as an option wacking up to people's desks because a and i are all so remote.
