How to Do Workouts With Float Rest
A lot of what got incorporated this build up that we didn't do quite as much in the previous one is a lot of float rest which is just like you know 15 20 maybe sometimes 25 seconds slower for an off kilometer. I also did another one though that was I think it was 10 by 10 by a cave with at half marathon pace with one K float in between and like obviously half marathon paceI'm getting down to like two 40s yeah wow you're 50 250 and then you know only stepping back from that you're rolling pretty hard the whole timeYeah I've done I've done half marathon pace but then like an added 30 seconds which was doable so that would for me
