Teachers should be able to get a grip over year 7, 8 or 9 lesson in majority of subjects. You do have to show some humility and there are some things that you need to check as well. The hypothesis model is so good because if the kid knows it was doing the right thing, they're not doing theright thing. There's a lot of stuff that you can observe. Sometimes it does get a bit spicy as well. I observe the design and technology teacher who, there's a pendulum here, isn't there? It used to be all about the generic.
