Bjork: How you're doing in the moment is not a good index of how you're actually learning. The strategies, techniques, techniques or methods of learning are based on how it makes you feel. And so, when you ask yourself in the moment, wow, how do I actually do? You probably think to yourself that you're doing really, really well. But research has shown that often not the case.
