"If your clients actually are needing just a bit of calm work out you know head down work hard sweat out without the sort of the 80s music going on in the background then work with them with that because we will all have a little bit of that" She adds: "We're all chameleons we are who we are but we can adapt and we if we didn't adapt we probably wouldn't function very well"
