i've got lots of standard operating procedures with email it's not fully automated but it's documented was the emails that i send for at the different stages so i sent out the initial quest and linked to google doc with the questionnaire this is something which i learned from kai davis he has a course on road mapping and it's real. I ask organizational related questions and architectural and engineering team questions and then if there's a really specific question for that they need to focus on ask questions around that. It's a way of capturing data asynchronously and we do it in the google doc which we can add comments to you and i say but we're not having a workshop until you just to
