I don't think that human beings are going to reach their optimal health by eating any highly processed grain, seed, or nut. A lot of people use almond flour as kind of a temporary crutch when they're first starting keto. But in the long term, once you've gotten to where you want to be with your health, I don't think there's any need whatsoever for any flowers or meals made out of anything including keto-friendly nuts.
