It's called sun gazing, but the part that I really got and mostly got this on a really deeply scientific level was from Dr. Jack Cruz. He told Luke to wake up right before dawn and you get outdoors and you watch the sunrise. After four or five days it regulated my circadian rhythm so quickly he started just full of energy every day.
