How to Cope With Changes

This week, I have been really struggling because there's some changes happening and I don't cope while we're changing. And James's brother's been really poorly in hospital. He had a massive pulmonary embolism. So that has been really worrying for us both. But on a positive note, though, the sun is out which makes me happy.
