How to Position Content Distribution in a Way That Will Allow You to Grow
The first thing I would do is go deep on data. You're never going to convince an executive off your gut feeling or what you feel like you should be doing. So get yourself a better position where you don't have to sell it like that. But second, like anything else, tell the story with data. Is it working? If it's working, right? Maybe like you sort of have to meet your boss halfway and figure, OK, it's working.
