Time tracking is a way for people to track how much time they spend doing certain activities. It can help them identify the types of activities that produce high levels of happiness and satisfaction. The most positive emotions are actually social connection, so spending quality time with friends and family. Some work hours are going to be more am satisfying than others. And these busy individuals are getting their mba as well,. Many of them are working full time but don't have enough time to do things like having dinner with their sister or visiting my in-laws.
