It's like you don't want to plug back into your first race and be in a spike because I think that would create pushback, especially. Sometimes when people come in with a calcaneal stress fracture and it hasn't been diagnosed yet, they'll walk on their toes. That's where the fracture was. Most runners are rear foot strikers. So if that individual was going to go back to running, I would want to make sure that they looked comfortable with a rear foot strike. It's interesting with all the super shoes now too in terms of the carbon play to choose.
