Is the Senior Leader a Model Leader?

If the senior leader is a servant leader or operates at a high standard according to the organizational values. Then you perform at the level that you know you can perform at at the highest level. Second scenario is if the leader is one that is not the model leader citizen and does not walk the talk when it comes to the corporate values then you end up becoming the solution and unmotivated. Are those the two scenarios? Correct yes. Is that even a possibility? Well most of the time that doesn't work out well for me because I see an incongruence there  and that starts me on the cycle of becoming disillusioned with the organization.
